I was told that I have a group of uterine polyps have it "Dangerous? What is to be addressed, or what?

Today I went and had a hysterosalpinogram (HSG) and was also "a lot diagnosed" by polyps in the uterus. I do not think they are dangerous if they are really fibroids. From what my reproductive endocrinologist told me that the inability of the implantation of a fertilized egg and therefore can not imagine.
