I was told that I have a group of uterine polyps have it "Dangerous? What is to be addressed, or what?

Today I went and had a hysterosalpinogram (HSG) and was also "a lot diagnosed" by polyps in the uterus. I do not think they are dangerous if they are really fibroids. From what my reproductive endocrinologist told me that the inability of the implantation of a fertilized egg and therefore can not imagine. In addition, older women, it is a very small percentage of cancer put together. Should be addressed. From what I understand, you can drink a D & C, and usually they will ensure hysteroscopy with him to, he has everything. Good luck!
